WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO FOLLOW JESUS?
We hear the language “follower of Jesus” all the time, but what does it mean to be a disciple, or apprentice, of the rabbi from Nazareth? Put simply, it means we re-organize our life around three goals: Be with Jesus, become like Jesus, do what Jesus did. Our dream is that as we live this way, our lives, our communities, and our city will be transformed.
Rest for your soul
Sabbath
Sabbath is an ancient way to find rest for our soul. It's a period of time set aside to stop, rest, delight, and worship. In our culture of chronic exhaustion, emotional unhealth, and spiritual stagnation, few things are more necessary than the rest and recovery of our souls.
Union with God

Prayer is the way in which we communicate and commune with God. The practice of prayer is learning to set aside dedicated time to intentionally be with God, in order to become like him and partner with him in the world.
